Cancellation & Refund Policy – FAQ

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


2. How do I request a cancellation?

You can request a cancellation by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your order details. Our team will assist you promptly.


3. What happens if I cancel my order?

  • If cancelled before dispatch → You are eligible for a full refund
  • If cancelled after dispatch → Cancellation is not allowed

4. Do you offer refunds or store credit?

  • In adverse cases (such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we offer a full refund or replacement
  • In all other eligible cases, we provide store credit that can be used for future purchases

5. What qualifies as an adverse case?

Adverse cases include:

  • Damaged or broken product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product with a manufacturing defect

Proof (photos/videos) must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.


6. What if I don’t like the product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (other than adverse cases), we will issue store credit instead of a refund, subject to return of the product in unused condition.


7. How do I return the product?

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return address via WhatsApp.
You are required to courier the package to the address shared on WhatsApp within the specified time frame and share the tracking details with us.


8. How long does it take to process refunds or store credit?

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Store Credit: Issued within 2–3 business days

9. Are there any items that are non-returnable?

Yes, the following items are not eligible:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

10. Who bears the return shipping cost?

  • In adverse cases → We bear the return shipping cost
  • In other cases → The customer is responsible for return shipping
